By accessing or using StatSar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StatSar is a game analytics platform for Roblox developers. We provide tools for analyzing game performance, monetization, engagement, and growth through screenshot-based AI analysis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free accounts have limited analysis scans.
  • Paid plans (Base, Premium, Enterprise) offer additional scans and features.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse the analysis system by submitting misleading or spam content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any screenshots and game data you upload. Analysis results generated by StatSar are provided for your use and may be shared at your discretion. The StatSar platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

StatSar provides analytics as informational guidance. We do not guarantee specific game performance outcomes based on our recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through Discord.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
